The Loneliest Road- documentation of the "loneliest road" in Nevada

Lonely Landscape- photos of places i used to explore alone when i first moved to texas,
Something further investigating the fitness language- i started a project last semester about the language of fitness, specifically that of a single individual. i only scratched at the surface so this would be more narrowed down and get at the meat of what i was trying to say

in this project i am attempting to do the workout routines on my boyfriends brother Colin

what attracted me to this was the aesthetic of videos he captures of himself working out

the project may be about the obsessive nature and commitment to working out.

i received Sylvia Plachy's book self portraits with the cows coming home

for a gift a few years ago and loved it

the book gives a feeling of value to the sentimental and private photograph

in taking this photograph i was attempting to capture this feeling

i imagine this photo being found by a relative when i am in my old age or when i have passed

and it resonating with them
